Two men dressed in black stormed the building of the magazine Charlie Hebdo in Paris shouting "Allahu Akbar" and fired up to 50 shots. They killed twelve people. The famous French artist Jean Cabut and Stephane Charbonnier, director of Charlie Hebdo died in the attack. The attack on the French satirical weekly Charlie Hebdo in Paris "as revenge for the honor" of the Prophet Muhammad claimed.

Aylan Kurdi, was 3 years old. Syrian refugee and he was drowned with his brother and his mother trying to reach Greece.
